The Xara Collection in Malta is looking to recruit a talented Bartender to join the Xara family and work at their new fine historical venue, a 19th-century palazzo, located in the popular Balluta area. A unique opportunity has arisen to join the Xara Collection and be part of our exciting new chapter!
About the role:
- Assist guests regarding the beverage menu in an informative and helpful way
- Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the Outlet, how beverages are prepared (to recipe) and presented
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a warm, friendly, high-energy personality with a positive attitude and an open-minded and team-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience is preferred but not required, as full training and guidance will be provided.
- Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needs
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
