Your leadership as MYKONOS Restaurant Manager will be pivotal in maintaining the continued success of our Greek restaurant. To excel in this position, you should possess strong managerial abilities and have a background in overseeing both the restaurant’s front and back-of-house operations. This role involves managing staffing requirements, creating work schedules, and ensuring full adherence to health and safety regulations in the restaurant. We will be expecting you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have a pleasant experience

• The day-to-day running of the restaurant.

• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Preform team recruitment when required.

• Manage all team members through training, mentoring and coaching.

• Create a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Ensuring guests dining experience is up to level.

• Addressing customers feedback and any concerns professionally.

• Monitor food presentation and quality also ensuring that service is upholding to restaurants standards.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurants policies.

• Set and review restaurant goals and targets within budget guidelines and to the highest standards.
