AYS Agent - Telephone Operator (Part-Time)

Malta Marriott Hotel & Spa is currently looking to recruit an AYS Agent - Telephone Operator (Part-Time) to join their team on a part-time basis.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure that all incoming calls/requests are attended to and that all requests exceed guest expectations when serving them while maintaining the highest Hotel quality standard
• Responsible for handling all incoming calls by dispatching external and internal guest calls relating to the hotel`s reservations for rooms and restaurant bookings, Housekeeping, Laundry, Front Desk, Maintenance, Security and Room Service orders, inquiries and information
• Knows the hotel's facilities and services and is updated on any special offers and other day-to-day essential information
• Provides seamless and quality service delivered with courtesy and confidence and can handle requests, queries and complaints professionally and to guest satisfaction
• Ensure guests follow up, and register feedback on the guest profiles
• Responsible for keeping the Service Centre area organized and all equipment in working order and tidy at all times.
