Activity Leader (Summer Camp 2024 )

EF International Language School is currently looking to recruit an Activity Leader Summer Camp 2024 (Full time).

Job role:

While working at our summer camp in Malta, you will be responsible for planning and organizing activities for groups of young international students. Every day is different from taking students on unique excursions to running epic-themed activities while dressing as your favourite film character! The role includes administrative duties, such as taking registers, basic finance, and welfare duties.

Requirements:  

• Great communication skills and a good level of English (C2 level of spoken English preferred) 
• Customer Service orientated 
• High energy and positive attitude 
• Has the right to live and work in Malta

• After a summer of working as an Activity Leader, you will leave having created incredible memories for your students.
• You will expand your creative skills by organizing and executing activities. Working with students traveling to a foreign country your communication skills are maximized to ensure a smooth experience for everyone and your group management capabilities will be enhanced. Tasked with being the main responsible for your activity group; you will grow your overall leadership skills by guiding your group from the unfamiliar to the unforgettable.

• Available for 4-12 weeks during June, July & August. For shorter durations, it could be combined with a leadership role before or after. 
• 6 day per week, fulltime contracts.
