Summer School Internship - Join the EF Team!

Are you ready to step into real responsibilities, tackle diverse challenges, and become part of an international team? Join EF as a Summer School Intern in Malta, where you’ll gain hands on experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment, working with students from around the world.

Who We Are:
Since 1965, EF Education First has been leading the way in international  education. We create transformative cultural experiences for students aged 7 to 16, providing  language immersion, local homestays, and enriching activities in Malta. At EF, we believe  the world is better when people try to understand one another, and we open the world through  education.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with administrative and operational tasks that are essential to the smooth running of our programs.

• Support the coordination of exciting activities that bring Maltese culture to life for our students.

• Ensure students are engaged and supported, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience.

• Be a welcoming presence, helping to maintain a friendly and inclusive environment.

• Handle a variety of tasks as needed to keep everything running seamlessly.

Who You Are:

• Bold, confident, and charismatic with a natural ability to stay organized.

• Friendly and approachable, with outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is energized by a busy day.

• A clear communicator who loves connecting with people and making a positive impact.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 3 to 4 months (preferred)

• Compensation: This is an unsalaried position; however, dinner vouchers are provided.

• Accommodation: Shared accommodation will be provided by EF 

• Future Opportunities: Many interns have moved on to full-time roles with EF, so it’s a great stepping stone for your career!

Essential Skills:

• Good English language skills (B2 minimum).

• Outgoing and confident with a friendly manner and a good sense of humour.

• Structured, responsible, and ready to take ownership of tasks.

• Customer-service oriented, flexible, and comfortable in a multicultural setting.

Requirements:

• Your internship must be a part of your university program.

• Eligible to work in Malta without EF sponsorship.
