Transportation Manager Summer 2025

EF is searching for a Transportation Manager for our summer program. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining management experience while working in a large international organization.
The Role
In this role you will have overall responsibility of the full transportation program of the summer. You will lead a team of approximately 4 transportation coordinators. You will be ensuring a high level of customer service in the arrival and departure experience, making sure appropriate meet & greet plans have been put in place. You will also be making plans, bookings and all necessary arrangements for daily transportation for our students.
This is a busy yet rewarding summer job. You will gain invaluable experience in strategic planning, management, logistics and customer service. You will receive in-house training and support and learn how to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Requirements:
Organized and a natural leader
High attention to detail
Excellent excel skills
Team player that is equally happy sitting and planning as you are being hands on with the team to get things done
Responsible and flexible
legally able to work in Malta, to have a Maltese/EU passport or a work permit
Complete fluency in English
