Student Services Manager – Summer 2025

The Role
The Student Services Manager is responsible for running a lively welcome desk, assisting with needs of our international students. In this position, you will need to be comfortable working with a diverse population. The pace is hectic, but exciting. You are the face of EF for our students, suppliers and visitors, and you always go the extra mile to ensure a great overall customer experience for all our students.
Responsibilities
Managing a Team of 2 Customer Service Coordinators.
Welcoming students to the EF school and ensuring a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.
Managing the Student Welcome Desk.
Answering student queries and helping with student welfare issues
Providing information regarding activities and excursions.
Overseeing activities in school during the breaks.
Administration support using the EF system Elektra.
Dealing with problems and emergency situations should they arise.
Candidate Profile
Experience in a customer-facing environment, and ideally working with young people.
Approachable and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
Capable of using your own initiative.
Have authorization to work in the country of employment.
Complete fluency in English.
