What You’ll Do:

As a Residence Manager, you will:

Oversee the onsite residence team, serving as the key contact for students and staff.

Work with the summer management team to provide an exceptional experience for our students and take overall responsibility for the residence.

Manage room allocation and ensure harmony among site staff while addressing any maintenance and safety needs.

Liaise with residence owners and staff on cleaning, themed events, and safety protocols.

Organize themed activities and creating a positive social atmosphere.

Share emergency phone duties on a rota basis.

Interact with a diverse group of staff and students daily, creating a welcoming environment.

Who You Are:

You are:

A team player who can lead from the front and handle responsibilities naturally.

Outgoing, with great attention to detail and the ability to cope well under pressure.

Proficient in English (C2 level preferred) and legally eligible to work in Malta (Maltese/EU passport). Any other language proficiency is a plus.

Experienced in team management or leadership, with a strong customer service orientation and an approachable demeanour.

Able to stay calm in challenging situations and attuned to the needs of international students.

Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and ideally have experience working with kids and teens.

 

Details:

Roles are available for approximately 4-12 weeks during June, July, and August.

Full-time contracts, working 6 days per week.
