What You'll Do:
Are you organized and enthusiastic about logistics? Join EF as a Transportation Coordinator this summer! In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the summer management team to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for our students. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating Transportation: Manage the logistics of student arrivals and departures, ensuring efficient meet & greet plans are in place.
Booking Arrangements: Assist in planning, booking, and coordinating daily transportation for students.
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high-level customer service, addressing any transportation-related inquiries and issues that may arise.
Dynamic Environment: Gain experience in strategic planning and operations while working in a fast-paced international setting.
Who You Are:
You are a detail-oriented, organized individual who thrives under pressure. You possess the following qualities:
Team Player: Collaborative and willing to engage with your team to achieve goals.
Self-Motivated: Able to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexible and Responsible: Adaptable to changes and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Fluent in English: Proficient in spoken and written English, enabling clear communication with students and staff. Any other language proficiency is a plus.
Eligible to Work in Malta: You must have a Maltese/EU passport
Details:
Roles are available for approximately 4-12 weeks during June, July, and August.
Full-time contracts, working 6 days per week.
