Merkanti and Sabi Beach Club Manager

Hilton Malta is currently looking to recruit a Merkanti and Sabi Beach Club Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Hilton Malta and DoubleTree by Hilton Malta are seeking to recruit an experienced and well-seasoned Beach Club Manager.
Forming part of the Head of Department Team, the selected candidate will take over the leadership of the Merkanti Beach club based at the Hilton Malta in St Julian’s for summer 2024.
The candidate will then move on to opening the industry-leading ‘Sabi’ Beach Club to be located at the DoubleTree by Hilton Malta in St Paul’s Bay after the season.
‘Sabi’, previously known as Amazonia is currently undergoing extensive construction and is expected to open for Guests well in time for season 2025.
Together with various pools and beach access, ‘Sabi’ will host various industry-leading Food and Drink outlets. 

The role of the Beach Club Manager is to oversee all aspects of the beach club operations within our prestigious hotel resorts, ensuring the highest level of service excellence and guest Satisfaction, managing a diverse team and maximising revenue and profitability opportunities.  

We are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of proven experience in a high-end Beach Club at a senior leadership level, who has strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and commercial acumen with the ability to interact effectively with Guests, Team Members and other stakeholders.
