Center Manager – Summer School 2025

We are looking for an energetic and well organised individual to join us as a Centre Manager for our Summer School in Malta. You will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic international working environment. With over 50 years of experience, we bring together teenagers from across the globe, turning the unfamiliar into the unforgettable, by giving them the summer experience of a lifetime.
The role
As the Centre Manager you will oversee the day – to - day operations of the summer school, from student arrivals until departure, ensuring a smooth running of all departments. You will ensure the safety of our students and share emergency phone duties on a rota with the rest of the management Team. Where needed, you will deal with disciplinary actions.
Furthermore, you will oversee several departments such as Accommodation, Transportation and Academics and lead a Team of 4 Managers and their respective teams. You will work closely with the Experience Manager to ensure all our students and staff have a great experience with us, as well as liaise with the senior Operations Team.
Candidate Profile
A natural leader with previous team – leading experience.
Dedicated to delivering the highest level of customer service.
Well organized and structured.
Able to take ownership and run with own initiatives.
Approachable and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
Have authorization to work in the country of employment.
Complete fluency in English.

Full-time, 6-day-per-week contracts.
