Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Coordination: Lead marketing efforts, coordinating and executing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive business growth.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with plumbers, electricians, and maintenance teams to ensure the facility is always in top condition.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage staff recruitment processes, ensuring that the team is composed of skilled and motivated individuals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven leadership with at least 3 years in a bar or restaurant management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Skill Set: Strong understanding of operations, team management, and financial performance.
