What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with the summer management team to ensure the smooth operation of our academic programs and deliver outstanding customer service to students.
Support a professional team of teachers in implementing the award-nominated EF academic program for classroom groups of up to 17 language students.
Help teachers plan inspiring and supportive lessons, focusing on building students' confidence in using the language.
Observe classroom sessions, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional growth of the teaching team throughout the season.
Manage timetables for students and teachers, ensuring efficient administration of academic programs.
Conduct regular checks on teacher administration, providing feedback and covering for teacher absences as needed.
Handle student inquiries and resolve problems, maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
Assist in monitoring attendance, including checks, follow-ups, and issuing attendance letters.
Share emergency phone duties on a rota with other staff.
Who You Are:
A team player with strong managerial or supervisory experience.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
TEFL qualified (or equivalent), with a minimum of a 60-hour TEFL face-to-face certification preferred, and ideally a CELTA or similar qualification.
Excellent communicator, proficient in English (C2 level), with strong people skills.
Experience working with kids and teens is preferred.
Able to remain calm and positive under pressure, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Legally able to work in the host country.
