Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your responsibilities include:
Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers.
Respond promptly to inquiries whilst addressing questions about services and repair timelines.
Schedule appointments and manage vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups across various channels.
Ensure timely vehicle completion and explain services and costs clearly.
Resolve customer complaints.
Know the products, services, and policies well.
Keep records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with colleagues as needed.
Provide feedback on customer service efficiency.
Requirements
Technical knowledge and working in a customer service role.
Experience dealing with client queries, questions and complaints.
Familiarity, passion or a hobby for cars.
Fluency in both Maltese and English
Proficient in computer skills
