What You Bring 

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, CRM analytics, or customer insights 
  • genuine passion to learn about the sports betting & gaming industry (Casino & Sports) 
  • Proficiency in SQL (Python is a plus) 
  • Experience with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools 
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations 
  • A flexible, solution-oriented mindset in a fast-moving environment 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and interpret complex datasets, including analysis of CRM campaigns using statistical methods (e.g., A/B testing) 
  • Experience with applied statistics for deeper data analysis 
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

What You’ll Do 

You’ll be a key analytical partner for CRM, VIP, Casino, and Sports teams, driving data-informed decisions and enhancing player engagement strategies. 

  • Collaborate with regional teams to plan and refine CRM campaigns, forecast spend, and provide insights throughout the customer lifecycle 
  • Analyze CRM & VIP spend to ensure smart investment at each lifecycle stage 
  • Track and optimize CRM outbound communication (SMS, emails, push notifications, outbound calls) by monitoring key metrics like deliverability, open rates, and click rates 
  • Provide Key Account Managers with valuable insights into VIP player behavior, helping them understand what drives activity at different stages of the player lifecycle 
  • Analyze why players prefer certain games and how CRM activities can influence their behavior 
  • Predict bonus risk and fraud by understanding gaming patterns and trends 
  • Provide insights to help optimize VIP event management for greater return on investment 

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) 

➕ Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field 
➕ Experience with JIRA or Confluence 
➕ Understanding of player bonuses & incentives
