Payment Configuration Specialist (m/f/d)

For this reason, we are looking for a Payment Configuration Specialist (m/f/d) to join our winning team!

Responsibilities:

• As a Payment Configuration Specialist (m/f/d), you will set up the configurations of payment providers.
• Furthermore, you will identify, record, and maintain documentation of payment configurations, integrations, and processes.
• Moreover, you will assist in Technical Troubleshooting and operational issues on processor, cashier, and platform level.
• In addition, you will ensure all payment processing configurations comply with relevant industry regulations and security standards.
• Finally, you will analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement in the quality system, and opportunities to optimize payment processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with payment gateways, providers, and platforms (e.g. DevCode/PaymentIQ, Nuvei)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry will be considered a plus
• Ability to act proactively, take initiative and pay attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must. Additional proficiency in German is desired
