Logifuture Malta Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Junior CRM Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

Description:

We are looking for a Junior CRM Executive to join our Marketing team in Malta to work closely with the CRM Manager, with several CRM executives, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creativity and precision, a can-do attitude, strong organizational skills and a passion for Sports.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a CRM strategy for Logifuture multi-brand clients
  • Ensure all CRM, promotional content/messaging are compliant and that industry standards are enforced
  • Execute the whole campaign process flow, from definition of segments, brief, concept and content
  • Perform all the necessary checks, setup of back office and follow up of promo results
  • Create and update templates and procedures, including writing e-mails and setup SMS campaigns
  • Create campaigns and co-ordinate with all relevant stakeholders
  • Request, analyse and use relevant data to identify key customer segments and propose how to better the process
  • Assist the Line Manager with building and developing a strong CRM program for shops, online betting and product cross over
  • Assist the Department Manager to continually generate interesting and engaging competitions/promotions
  • Work closely with the Content, Design, Fraud and Data warehouse teams.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • At least 1 year of previous online CRM experience
  • Love A/B testing, and knows how to use the results to improve performance
  • Able to see the customer base at a macro level and act on insights as well as giving feedback on design assets
  • Experience in managing and maintaining CRM systems and digital retention strategies
  • A keen interest for sports betting, casino and understanding of betting clients
  • Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple campaigns
  • Proven MS Excel skills are a must and knowledge with HTML and CSS will be consider an asset.
