As a Casino Coordinator (Integrations, Platforms and Content) you will lead the evolution of our online casino games by analysing trends, managing new providers, and aligning product innovations with market needs and player preferences.

In this role, you will drive product excellence, stay on top of industry trends, evaluate and manage new game providers, and integrate our product vision into actionable strategies.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, oversee game suggestions for marketing, and ensure the successful release of exciting new content.

This position is available on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday. Relevant training will be provided for the successful applicant.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Gaming Product role or similar.
  • Strong understanding of the online casino industry, including player preferences and emerging trends.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal/external teams and third-party providers.
  • Forward-thinking, with a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
  • Results-driven self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Innovative and creative thinker, able to adapt to market and technology trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Staying abreast of online casino game trends, conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
  • Researching and analysing potential new game providers, prioritising entertainment value, localisation, and quality. Defining platforms, providers, and games for new market launches.
  • Taking ownership and managing the new provider backlog effectively.
  • Contributing to the product vision, integrating it into the roadmap, and championing this vision with key stakeholders.
  • Driving innovation and improvement of gaming platforms, ensuring alignment with player needs.
  • Understanding which games, mechanics, features and themes work well in certain markets, providing feedback and suggestions internally.
  • Offering game suggestions for marketing activities, ensuring we are providing the right games to our players at the right time.
  • Facilitating effective stakeholder meetings for new markets, providers, and product concepts and communicating project statuses, progress, and milestones to the key stakeholders.
  • Playing an active role in the successful release of Casino content, adhering to the roadmap and timelines, whilst collaborating closely with casino product operations, sharing findings and aligning with domain owners.
  • Reviewing existing providers for potential extension into new markets.
  • Regularly reviewing aggregator content to address any localisation gaps.
  • Maintaining relevant product documentation and Confluence pages.
