Country Manager - Japanese Speaking

Our client is a well established gaming company and has been in operation for a number of years. As they are growing, they would like to engage a Country Manager who is Japanese speaking and will be dealing with the Japanese Market.

The Role

• You will be responsible for driving the company's expansion in the Japanese market.  
• You will oversee marketing strategies, monitor business performance, and ensuring financial KPIs are met. 
• You will tracking market trends, managing relationships with stakeholders, and fostering user acquisition.
• You will also monitor retention, and ensure revenue growth. 
• You will be handling this role as a stand alone and the work can be done remotely

Salary package depends on experience

• You must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role (betting and gaming) within the Japanese market
• Must have strong communucation skills
• Be a ready to travel (although minimal) if necessary
