Client Support & Distribution Personnel

Our client is looking for Client Support & Distribution Personnel to join their team in their Malta plant. 

• Analyze and upload customer demand forecasts.
• Align customer orders with forecasted demand and address any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with customers on Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) presentations.
• Ensure on-time, complete deliveries that meet customer requirements by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, Business Development, and the customer.
• Develop the distribution plan by coordinating with Production, QA/QC, and Planning to facilitate timely collections.
• Manage data within the ERP (SAP) system, update shipment trackers, and maintain the sales funnel.
• Monitor and follow up on uncollected orders.
• Create and manage Product Data Sheets (PDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for customers.

Working hours are normal office hours between Monday & Friday. Salary is based on experience.

• Experience using SAP or other business management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Maths and Computing, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Chemistry or a related field.
• Previous relevant experience or a combination of qualifications and experience.
• Proficient with Office applications especially with Excel and PowerPoint at Advanced level is essential; Power BI knowledge would be an asset.
