Dragonara Gaming Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Casino Security Shift Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
The Dragonara Casino is looking for talented, energetic and motivated individuals to join our diverse workforce! In this role, you'll supervise and direct security staff to help ensure effective and efficient security operations.
The Security Manager plays an integral role in maintaining the overall security and protection of the Casino in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures pertaining to the operation of the casino and resort. Typical duties include removing disruptive individuals from the casino, reporting suspicious activity, escorting casino funds to and from the vault and assisting police officers when a disturbance is reported.
The main purpose of the Position:
The Security Manager shall be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all company assets, employees and customers, as well as the organisation and running of the Security Department and its procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience:
A minimum of one year of security experience is preferred. Must have investigative and interrogation techniques.
Abilities:
Must be able to communicate effectively in the primary language used in the workplace (Both English and Maltese).
Physical:
Requires standing, walking, and bending. May be required to lift up to 30 pounds. Must have good vision (corrected to 20/20).
Computer Skills:
Experience in MS Word, and Excel.
Certificates, Licences and Registrations:
Valid Driver's License.
