Our client, a group of companies within the insurance sector, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent to join their growing team. Reporting to the Team Lead, 

  • Act as the initial point of contact for customers via incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and courteous assistance while maintaining professionalism and a customer-centric approach;
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, striving to resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible to ensure high customer satisfaction and minimize escalations;
  • Work closely with other internal departments, including but not limited to Sales, Technical Support, and Operations, to address and resolve customer queries that require cross-functional collaboration;
  • Prepare and organize forms, documentation, and other materials to be sent to clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Summer Working Hours: 08:00 - 15:30

Winter Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 u Fridays 08:00 - 15:30

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English, both verbal and written is a must.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation preparation and data entry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
  • A strong focus on customer service and professionalism.
Education and Experience
  • Contact Centre experience will be given preference.
