Customer Service Representative - Portuguese

You will apply to be part of a fantastic Support team; this team is responsible for all the chat and email support we provide to the players.
What will you be doing?
- Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer communication via chats and emails
- Efficiently reply to Casino queries and escalate cases when necessary
- Carry out basic KYC/registration checks
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
- Manual bonuses and/or free spins crediting
Requirements:
- Hiring a bilingual representative, fluent in Portuguese and English, any additional language is considered a big plus!
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Problem solver
- Highly motivated team player
- Experience in the iGaming industry
Working Hours:
- Shift Pattern including weekends and nights
