Our client, within the Building and Engineering Services Industry is looking for a Technical Officer to join their existing team within the Lifts Department. Reporting to the Sales Manager your responsibilities will include: 

  • Compiling and submitting inspection documents and operation and maintenance manual documentation to Notified Body.
  • Registering installed lifts with the MCCAA.
  • Preparing and submitting operation and maintenance manual documentation, Inspection Certificates, and Registration Certificates to clients.
  • Generating quotations and tender offers.
  • Conducting site visits and meeting with potential clients to gather information for quotations related to the company's designated lifts product range.
  • Assessing customers' technical requirements and proposing solutions that align with our products and services.
  • Drafting contract documentation for secured projects.
  • Order of equipment

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1600hrs

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a technical background will be considered an asset
  • Excellent level of verbal and written Maltese and English
  • Have strong organisational and communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
