Receptionist
Atlas Insurance PCC Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their team on a full-time basis.
The Job:
We are looking for a receptionist with a customer-focused attitude to join our team.
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling the company's telephone reception system, through which we receive the majority of our incoming business. You will be directing calls that require day-to-day co-ordination with all company departments, as well as clients and suppliers. In addition, you will be the first point of contact greeting our walk-in clients and guests visiting our offices in Ta' Xbiex.
The role also includes assisting in general office management and administrative tasks as needed. Training will be provided.
About You:
You must be an upbeat team player and a a multi-tasker able to deal with a dynamic environment. A positive and supportive attitude is essential.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese
- Excellent communication skills and a good telephone voice
- IT proficiency including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience in an office environment and/or receptionist duties would be considered an asset.
