Centrecom Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit Contact Centre Agents to join their team on a full-time basis.
Overview:
Centrecom is looking for candidates who have a passion for Customer Care. Ideal candidates will be joining a company that offers career growth in different areas as well as stability.
The Call Centre Agents will be mainly assisting customers over the phone with every query related to any service the business provides. We require Maltese & English for this particular section.
Ideal candidates will only work 5 days a week. Roster is always issued at least 2 weeks in advance giving you the flexibility to plan your commitments outside work. Ideal candidates will be working on a full-time indefinite basis.
