We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team in Malta. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent support for our web-based systems. You will play a key role in resolving issues, gathering client feedback, and ensuring satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues with web systems.

Assist clients in understanding and using our software solutions effectively.

Document and escalate technical issues to the development team when necessary.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries.

Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and feature requests.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of client support processes.

Learn and grow into Agile practices, preparing for potential roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong client service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

A good understanding of web systems and web-based technologies.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with technical teams.

Experience in client support or customer service, especially in a technology-focused role, is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage but not required.
