Our client who specializes in the IT Services industry is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Act as the primary contact point for customers, providing updates on service status, and estimated arrival times, and addressing any concerns or inquiries that customers might have
Identify and address any potential obstacles or challenges in the dispatch process, working collaboratively with employees and management to find effective solutions
Handle emergency situations in a calm manner, quickly assessing the situation, and dispatching the appropriate emergency services in the correct order of urgency
Provide support and guidance to new and existing employees, assisting in onboarding processes and offering continuous training on dispatch protocols and procedures
Ensure that all employees follow safety guidelines and procedures, taking appropriate measures to address any safety-related concerns immediately
Work closely with other departments and teams within the organization to foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment that promotes effective communication and problem-solving
Skill-sets and Requirements
Highly resourceful
Has exceptional communication skills
Has a passion for working with clients
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication skills in English.
Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services is a must.
Education & Experience
Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and\or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate will be considered an asset although not a must have
