Training will be provided and delivered during the first couple of weeks. This position is on an indefinite part-time basis. Roster is normally issued at least two weeks in advance. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Answering the Call for Help: You’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for each person who calls in.
  • Problem-Solving Wizardry: Whether it’s troubleshooting, guiding customers through a process, or answering questions, you’ll use your resourcefulness to find the right solution every time.
  • Creating Positive Vibes: Your upbeat attitude and clear communication will help turn frustrated customers into satisfied ones. Every call is an opportunity to leave someone smiling!
  • Multi-Tasking Master: You'll juggle calls, handle customer requests, and input data all while maintaining a calm, organized, and professional demeanor. You’ve got this!
  • Making Notes: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and following up as needed will help ensure we stay on top of things and improve our services.

Requirements:

  • Empathy & Patience: You’re the kind of person who listens first and reacts with care. You understand that every customer is different, and you approach each interaction with kindness
  • You need to be fluent in both Maltese and English as these are the two main languages we require for this role.
  • Communication Skills: You speak clearly, write like a pro, and know exactly how to make things sound friendly and approachable, whether on the phone, via email, or chat.
  • You need to be exceptionally organized and a problem solver.
  • Team Spirit: You’re a team player who loves to collaborate and share ideas. You thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment where every voice is heard.
  • You will need to perform tasks with initiative and creativity, spot the things that need to be done and find a way to make them happen.
  • Excellent computer skills – Outlook 365, Word, and Excel.
