The Call Centre Agent will be mainly working evenings during the week till maximum midnight. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our customers, understanding what they need, and solving any issues in the most outstanding way possible.
Training will be provided and will be delivered in the evening. This position is on an indefinite part-time basis. Roster is normally issued at least two weeks in advance.
