Cafe' Assistant - Cake Box
The responsibilities for the role include:
- Serving customers, selling cakes, coffee, pastries, and other products whilst ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Handling of payments through the use of both the POS and EPOS;
- Maintaining client relationship including order taking and handling client feedback.
Skills required for the role:
- Having a confident, friendly and engaging personality with a service-oriented approach;
- Ability to communicate in both English and Maths;
- Computer literate;
- Should be smart in appearance;
- Flexible in working in different outlets;
- TCN's should be in possession of a Skills Pass.
