Retail Data Administrator

VF Group is currently looking to recruit a Retail Data Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. 

THE POSITION:

The Retail Data Administrator shall be responsible for the following tasks:

• Assisting the Retail analyst with updating sell-out reports and stylesheets.
• Assisting in the organization of orders and buying folders.
• Communication with our brands to enquire about the needs of the business, such as invoices and orders.
• Assisting in the categorization and uploading of stock in our inventory management system.
• General ad-hoc administrative data inputting issues that might arise.
• Support the retail team in case of any inventory discrepancies or transfer issues.
• Assisting the logistics coordinator in the receiving and shipping of goods across a range of Luxury and Premium brands, keeping registration files and reports updated and organized.
• Support the Marketing team with regular updates on new stock arriving, sharing of stylesheets and advising on any inquiries regarding stock and inventory.
• This role will also act as a mentorship, allowing the candidate to grow and harness their skills in retail analysis & buying, stock movement and logistics, excel and data manipulation, and an overall insight into the ongoings of a retail business.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

The selected candidate must be highly organized, with an eye for detail, keen to learn, and an interest in the clothing retail sector.

Furthermore, the candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
