Night Shift Agents (Maltese Speaking)

Ideal candidates will be mainly recruited to working during night shifts only between 20:00-08:00 on weekdays, till midnight on Saturdays and on Sundays 24hrs. This position is based on part-time and full-time, depending on the candidate's availability.

As an Agent, your mission will be to assist our valued customers, understanding their needs, and resolving any issues with unparalleled superheroic flair via calls.

Training is provided and will be delivered in October normally from 17:00 onwards at our head office in Mosta and selected candidates will also receive on-the-job exposure sessions.

Requirements.

• Fluency of both Maltese and English;
• Proficiency in the tools of the trade, including Outlook 365, Word, and Excel;
• Exceptional organisational skills and a knack for problem-solving;
• Confidence in your ability to bring joy to our customers and help keep our operations running like well-oiled machines;
• The ability to tackle tasks with initiative and creativity, always ready to seize opportunities and make things happen;
