Ground Operation Officer

What's expected of you?

Greet and assist passengers upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless boarding and disembarking experience.

Handle luggage, including loading, unloading, and securely transporting passengers’ belongings.

Provide personalised customer service, addressing any requests or needs passengers may have during ground operations.

Coordinate ground dispatch preparation and logistics, including email communication, updating schedules, promotions

Maintain vehicles and office space and oversee the upkeep and maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and company vehicles

Esure a high standard of professionalism with all  customers

Collaborate with stakeholders and represent the company as needed

What are you expected to bring?

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide high-end service to the customers

Capable of lifting and handling luggage safely

Excellent communication skills, and fluency in English

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks while ensuring punctuality and efficiency

Attention to detail to ensure accurate handling of luggage and personal items
