Our client, a leader in the Insurance Industry is looking for an organised and motivated Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors to the office. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and will be responsible for directing calls to the appropriate staff member.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain a professional and organised reception area
  • Provide administrative support to other staff members
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as filing and organising documents
  • Assist with basic office tasks.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain and update calendars, remind personnel of their appointments, and oversee the boardroom booking system.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Winter hours: Mid-September - Mid-June: 0745hrs - 1630hrs

Summer Hours: Mid-June - Mid-September: 0730hrs - 1500hrs

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English
Education and Experience
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role
