Ta' Xmun Caterers in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Junior Sales & Customer Service Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Junior Sales & Customer Service Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our sales team. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining and building relationships with our clients.


  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and returns in a timely and professional manner
  • Actively promote and sell products to customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to communicate with customers and address any concerns or questions effectively
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
