Our client, a law-firm based in Malta. They are looking for is looking for a Receptionist.


The responsibilities include:

  • Being a point of contact between the clients and the firm
  • Meeting and greeting guests visiting the offices 
  • Keeping and managing office calendars including meeting room bookings
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence including telephone calls and postal mail including couriers
  • Supporting the team in record-keeping and data management
  • Assisting in other general office management and administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinating office supplies and consumables used in the office

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00hrs. 

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Welcoming personality with a strong client-centred approach
  • Pro-active, organised complimented with multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
Education & Experience
  • Recent experience would be considered an asset
