We are currently seeking to recruit an EPOS Field Customer Support Representative on full-time basis.
The position calls for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a flair for customer service within the field of IT. Within this role the selected candidate/s will be required to offer support to the Employer’s customers with any Electronic Point-of-Sale (EPOS) issues. Main Job Responsibilities:
• Train customers in the use of EPOS terminals.
• Resolving operational EPOS issues in the field (at customer/s outlets).
• Adhering to all of the company's rules and regulations.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
