Night Shift Agents (Maltese Speaking)

Ideal candidates will be mainly recruited to work during night shifts only between 22:00-08:30. This project operates Monday to Sunday. 

As an Agent, your mission will be to assist our valued customers, understand their needs, and resolve any issues with unparalleled superheroic flair via calls.

Requirements.

• Fluency in both Maltese and English;
• Proficiency in the tools of the trade, including Outlook 365, Word, and Excel;
• Exceptional organisational skills and a knack for problem-solving;
• Confidence in your ability to bring joy to our customers and help keep our operations running like well-oiled machines;
• The ability to tackle tasks with initiative and creativity, always ready to seize opportunities and make things happen;

Training is provided and will be delivered in August in the evening from 17:00 onwards at our head office in Mosta and selected candidates will also receive on-the-job exposure sessions.
