Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently coordinate vendor notifications and patches to ensure a streamlined support process.
  • Bring a flexible, open-minded, and creative mindset to enjoy challenges, acting as a catalyst for innovation.
  • Express and implement innovative ideas with confidence, seeing them through to completion.
  • Engage with clients to guarantee optimal functionality of their IT systems post-troubleshooting and log and track all issues systematically for comprehensive resolution.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Server and Storage Enterprise technologies, deploy and support cutting-edge solutions for end customers.
  • Provide hands-on maintenance, administration, and operational support for Server and Storage Solutions.
  • Manage system maintenance for Vmware ESXi, Linux, and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Implement and maintain the design and optimization of customer ICT server/storage infrastructure.
  • Prioritize and effectively manage multiple issues simultaneously and conduct research and evaluations of new technologies.
  • Obtain industry certifications to enhance technical expertise.
  • Remotely resolve client issues through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and efficient solutions.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers and suppliers and perform any other duties assigned by the Company within the Employee’s competency.

Requirements
  • At least three years of experience within a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in working with virtualised environments such as VMware.
  • Familiarity of backup solutions, Windows and Linux server operating systems, networking and backup solutions.
  • Valid Driving License.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in IT.
