Client Services Representative

Wealthtech Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Client Services Representative to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:
WealthTech is a company that specialises in providing information technology software and licensing the said software to customers and services of any kind. 

We are seeking a proactive and driven Inbound Representative to join our Malta office. In this role, you will work very closely with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Operations Officer (COO), and personally with our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact new inbound enquires, qualify their potential, and ensure they meet the criteria for further engagement
• Book qualified prospects into consultants' calendars across the globe, ensuring an efficient and streamlined process
• Work with our internal systems to track enquires, manage data, and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Participate in hands-on training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and financial services.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with leads and colleagues
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Comfortable using various internal systems and CRM tools to manage and track enquires
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and qualifying potential leads
• Ability to work collaboratively with a global team and senior leadership
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is advantageous but not essential.

Location: Must be based in Malta.
