Lunar Services Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Customer Support representative to join their team on a full-time basis.

Location: Sliema

Salary: Attractive + Quarterly Bonus

As a member of our Customer Support team, you will report directly into your Team Leader and be responsible for providing exceptional chat and email support to our players.

What will you be doing?

  • Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer communication via chat and email
  • Efficiently handle Casino queries and escalate cases when necessary
  • Conduct basic KYC/registration checks
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers
  • Manually credit bonuses and/or free spins.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English; additional languages are a significant advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Highly motivated team player
  • Experience in the iGaming industry.

Working Hours:

Shift pattern, including weekends.
