Your tasks:

  • As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent (m/f/d), you will provide customer support in Danish through chat, phone and email by being a representative outward to our customers.
  • You will maintain a professional, empathetic attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  • Moreover, you will assist the Management Team by reporting technical issues and market insights.
  • Furthermore, you will ensure proper data protection procedures when maintaining customer records.
  • Last but not least, you will record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Your qualification:

  • Strong Danish and English communication skills
  • 1+ years of customer support experience
  • Sports Betting knowledge (a plus)
  • Ambition and teamwork
  • Flexibility for shifts on weekdays and weekends
