Our client within the Legal Sector is seeking a Reception & Office Administrator to support the operations team. The key responsibilities will include:
Oversee Front Desk and Reception operations.
Welcome and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.
Maintain client areas to the highest standards.
Manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, taxi and restaurant bookings.
Monitor and maintain boardrooms, ensuring they are well-kept and fully stocked.
Oversee procurement, negotiation, and management of administrative supplies.
Manage petty cash transactions.
Conduct errands within Valletta to support daily operations.
Coordinate routine servicing schedules.
Provide general administrative support to other departments and Partners.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar position.
Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
Client-oriented with a proactive and professional approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in Maltese and English is a must.
Minimum O-Level standard of education.
