Job Description
Malta Prosales Ltd is currently looking to recruit 3 Customer Service Agents to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
We are looking for 3 candidates due to our recent expansion and high client demand. Dealing with all aspects of our client's sales, customer service, and promotions campaigns, these are varied roles requiring dedication, flexibility and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Generating a new customer base for our clients
• Working with an enthusiastic team
• Working towards collective and individual targets
• Customer service
• Sales acquisition.

The key attributes we are looking for are:

• Positive and proactive attitude
• Professional demeanour
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent customer service standards.

Requirements: 

• To possess an EU PASSPORT or a Maltese Permanent Residence Permit
• To be 18 years of age or older
• Full-time availability is preferred
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is not required as you will have access to full client and product-specific training; however previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is welcome. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in this sector.
