Our client is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be assisting with client queries and offering them a unique solution.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries whilst addressing questions about services and repair timelines.
  • Schedule appointments and manage vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups across various channels.
  • Ensure timely vehicle completion and explain services and costs clearly.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Know the products, services, and policies well.
  • Keep records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with colleagues as needed.
  • Provide feedback on customer service efficiency.
Requirements
  • Technical knowledge and working in a customer service role.
  • Experience dealing with client queries, questions and complaints.
  • Familiarity, passion or a hobby for cars.
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English
  • Proficient in computer skills
