What about the night shifts? You also get to earn an extra allowance for working during the night.

Centrecom is starting a new journey with a New Client and we are looking for candidates who have a passion for Customer Care. Ideal candidates will be joining a company that offers career growth in different areas as well as stability.

The Call Centre Operators will be mainly assisting customers over the phone with every query related to any service the business provides. We require Maltese & English for this particular section.

Operating hours are Monday to Sunday 24/7, one would work 5 days a week, on a shift basis being morning, afternoon or night. Roster is always issued at least 2 weeks in advance giving you the flexibility to plan your commitments outside work. Ideal candidates will be working on a full-time indefinite basis.

 

Other Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls; with the possibility of handling emails and live chat in the future if the section permits. 
  • Communicate to Team Leaders all relevant customer feedback to facilitate ongoing improvements in our service quality and customer experience
  • Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader

 

Requirements: 

  • Fluent in both Maltese & English as these languages are required in the section we currently have vacant 
  • Excellent computer skills – Outlook 365, Word, and Excel 
  • You should feel confident that you can make our customers happy, and our days run a little more smoothly 
  • You need to be organized and a problem-solver 
  • You will need to perform tasks with initiative and creativity, spot the things that need to be done and find a way to make them happen 
  • And one last thing - You need to be ready to grow with us.

Working hours: 

  • Candidates will work 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday
  • Morning, afternoon and night shift apply for this role
  • This role is offered on a full-time indefinite contract.
