Tech4s Group is currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Team Manager (Native French) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:

Our goal is to provide tech-oriented and high-quality services enabling our client’s growth and success. Our team consist of IT, Marketing, eCommerce & other high-calibre professionals with experience in different industries. Due to continuous growth, we are seeking to hire a Customer Care Team Manager to join our Customer Care Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, mentoring & managing a team of Customer Care Team Leaders
  • Improving the customer experience and applying best practices to areas of improvement
  • Overseeing the development of customer care agents and nurturing an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Coordinating special projects within the department
  • Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department
  • Ensuring the department provides consistently high-quality customer support to satisfy strict deadlines and KPIs
  • Enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Identifying customer service trends and recommending improvements
  • Improving customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analyzing results
  • Conducting frequent one-to-one meetings with individual team members if/when required
  • Being accountable for customer satisfaction (CSAT) score for all markets related to your team
  • Maintaining high levels of product knowledge so that appropriate guidance is always provided
  • Facilitating smooth communication flow between the head of the customer experience, the customer service operations manager and all other departments.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in French & English
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Ability to think strategically and lead
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • CS Management experience required and a good working knowledge of the online industry.
