Our client is looking for an Integrations Technical Lead. The main purpose of this role is to lead the deployment, implementation, configuration, testing, and early life support of high-profile IT solutions. The successful candidate will ensure the stability, performance, and security of these solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and comply with relevant standards.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead integration of deliverables into customer IT solutions, including hardware and software.
  • Create and review technical system documentation, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Manage and mentor the Technical Integrations team, providing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
  • Participate in system design and ensure quality, security, and efficiency in project deliverables.
  • Support effort estimation, risk management, and draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals.
  • Manage technical incident resolutions, support service teams, and maintain disaster recovery procedures.
  • Oversee changes through the formal Change Management process and identify service improvements.
  • Ensure quality in escalations and maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate onsite requirements with minimal disruption and facilitate audits.
  • Lead and manage the Technical team, including performance reviews and support for less experienced members.
  • Respond to requests for proposals and contracts, and inspire team success to meet service levels.
  • At least 3 years in a similar leadership role handling IT systems, or 5 years as a senior implementer in corporate IT.
  • Must have proven experience with cloud solutions like IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS for at least 2 years.
  • Must have proven experience installing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft/Linux servers and related infrastructure systems for at least 5 years.
  • Must have proven experience managing a technical team to complete projects on time.
  • Collaborated with internal teams and 3rd party suppliers.
Education and Experience
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. If no degree, 7+ years of proven experience managing IT systems in a corporate setting is required.
  • Industry certification in Windows or Linux systems is required.
  • Industry certification in any other infrastructure area is required.
  • Industry certification in networking considered as an asset.
  • ITIL Foundation certification considered as an asset.
