Homemate Co. Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Representative to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Do you enjoy working with people in a busy environment?  Homemate strives to provide the best customer care service to all clients.  

Requirements:

  • A Team player, but able to work independently, and will enjoy working in a friendly and exciting environment
  • Must be able to work flexible hours daily, including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, on a shift basis
  • Excellent communication and Customer Service skills are required
  • Candidates must be IT literate
  • Fluent in Maltese and English
  • Due to expansion within the Company, chosen candidates must be flexible to work in any new outlet situated in other areas of Malta

Homemate Co. Ltd. is Malta's largest Home Improvement Centre, based in Mriehel and easily accessible from all locations on the island. Established in 1998, Homemate is built on a total surface area of 3600 square metres. The outlet is split into two floors, with convenient parking facilities.
