Centrecom Limited in Malta is currenlty looking to recruit a Customer Care Champions ( Maltese Speaking) to join their team on a full-time basis.

We are now on the lookout for team members to join our customer support team, becoming one of our Customer Support Champions.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Champion, your mission will be to assist our valued customers, understanding their needs, and resolving any issues with unparalleled superheroic flair via calls.

We aim not just to satisfy but to WOW our customers, and that's where your superpowers come into play.

But fear not, aspiring champion! We'll provide you with the training and support you need to hone your skills and unleash your inner hero.

Requirements:

  • Fluency of both Maltese and English - the languages of heroism in our realm
  • Proficiency in the tools of the trade, including Outlook 365, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a knack for problem-solving
  • Confidence in your ability to bring joy to our customers and help keep our operations running like well-oiled machines
  • The ability to tackle tasks with initiative and creativity, always ready to seize opportunities and make things happen
  • And lastly, be prepared to embark on an epic journey of growth and discovery alongside us, as we continue to conquer new horizons together.

Training is provided and delivered on a full-time basis during office hours from our head office in Mosta and selected candidates will also receive on-the-job exposure sessions.
